Can anyone suggest softwares and ways to record dota 2 gameplay without huge file sizes but not with pixelated quality? Thanks.

I have recently found that streaming using OBS and the site twitch.tv is quite useful, but whenever I stream a public game the ping is 1000 and the lag is like about 10 seconds, while it keeps on dropping frames.
