Yes, currently 95% of sections are on russian. But with a growth of english speaking users we will make an huge section for you guys also :)

There is language change button in the very top right (English / Russian). If you mean this to change the forum interface !:)

It does. It corporates English or Russian language. I chose English as I don't have the time to learn even Japanese , Korean , Russian etc language. I had master languages like Chinese , English and Malay though. The basic fundamental in Malaysia and of course E-sports community.
