I've got a Intel Celeron E3400 , 2.60 Ghz , 2GB RAM , video card is integrated and I'm on WindowsXP . So tell me a config or something to play more high:D

I wish i could help but,i'm not that familiar with cfgs.. And the forum is so low on activity,i don't think that anyone will answer you.. :/
