Hi.What are the commands that you use in tweaking in order to have maximum performance ( latency,lag, movement etc) and also setting preference?

Well i don't know about movement. But for latency i mainly use:
Rate 30000 (even thou 25000 is recommended)
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
ex_interp 0.01 (if 0, it automaticaly gives me 0.01)
